Two Week Update

Teddy gets his helmet off in 4 weeks! Less than what we originally thought. He has been such a trooper, with his helmet it's funny when I take it off for that hour all he wants to do is play with it like it's a toy. When we finally started to get use to the helmet it's no longer going to be part of our daily lives.....

In the first blog I never mentioned why he needed one will the reason is, when Teddy was born the doctor used forceps whiched caused Teddy to get a big soft spot in the back of his head. That soft spot also caused Theodore to get a flat head. In order to reshape his head he has to wear a helmet. In the beginning

it was 6 months than when we went in to get the helmet it was 3 months and now he only has to wear it for 4 months! Yay!

Day 4 in the helmet wearing, it sure hasn't been easy around here since Theodore started wearing his helmet.

He wears it 23 hours a day. When it gets hot and humid I take it off and let it dry, but when the moment comes to put the helmet back on poor baby ends up crying and it's so hard for me to hear it. All I want to do is cuddle him to pieces.
